CANCELLATION POLICY
No-shows are not our style. We require 24-Hour notice for all appointment cancellations. All spa packages and group events require 48-hour cancellation notice.
If you fail to cancel within the appropriate timeframe or do not come to your appointment, you may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
